An approach to the management of IT services, processes, functions, assets etc. There can be several different control perspectives on the same IT service, process etc., allowing different individuals or teams to focus on what is important and relevant to their specific role. Examples of control perspective include reactive and proactive management within IT operations, or a lifecycle view for an application project team.

МПК участвует в процессе подготовки Паралимпийских игр в нескольких различных качествах:
• МПК является хозяином Паралимпийских игр и должен обеспечивать соответствие нормам и реализацию содержания и процессов Игр. МПК также играет активную роль в ходе проведения Игр.
• Соглашение между МОК и МПК обеспечивает ответственность МПК, в сотрудничестве с ОКОИ, за выполнение всех указанных требований к организации и проведению Паралимпийских игр, включая переходный период между Олимпийскими и Паралимпийскими играми.
• Ответственность за принятие окончательных решений в вопросах, связанных с организацией Паралимпийских игр, остается за Исполнительным комитетом МОК.
• Как хозяин Паралимпийских игр, МПК использует ряд технических условий и директив, которые служат справочным материалом для организаторов.

IPC involvement in Games management
IPC intervenes in the Paralympic Games preparation process in several different capacities:
• The IPC owns the Paralympic Games and must ensure conformity and application of Games content and processes. The IPC also has an active role during Games operations.
• The IOC-IPC agreement ensures that the IPC shall be responsible, in cooperation with the OCOG, for the delivery of all specified requirements for the organization and operations of the Paralympic Games, including the transition period between the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Final decision-making responsibility in situations related to the organization of the Paralympic Games shall rest with the IOC Executive Board.
• As the Paralympic Games event owner, the IPC uses a series of technical specifications and guidelines to serve as a reference for the organizers.
